Return/Refund Policy:
Marsay's Home Interiors offers the following Returns Policy: Refunds and exchanges will only apply to damaged merchandise. Customers should notify customer service within 24-48 hours to return merchandise. The claims process has to be initiated within 7 days after receiving merchandise. Refunds initially will be an even exchange unless the product is no longer available, then a full refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued in same manner as initial payment received (credit card, Paypal, etc.)

Order Processing Policy:
Our warehouse has a 24-48 hour processing period for all orders. Orders will be processed after an acceptable form of payment has been received and is a successful transaction. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9:00a.m - 5:00 p.m. CST. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of your product(s). Direct all inquiries to customercare@marsayinteriors.com
